4. Pricing & Payments

  • Services are billed per-minute (starting at ₹3/min) or fixed pricing, depending on the category.
  • All payments are prepaid or deducted post-service via integrated payment gateways.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure someone is available at the service location.
  • Maintain courteous behavior with service providers.
  • Refrain from misuse or inappropriate behavior on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zefy is not liable for damages caused by third-party service providers, but we take strict actions against misconduct or unprofessionalism.

7. Changes to Terms

Zefy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
