1. User Cancellations

  • You may cancel a booking within 2 minutes of confirmation with no charge.
  • Cancellations after 2 minutes may incur a minimum cancellation fee based on service type and partner dispatch status.

2. Service Partner Cancellations

  • If a professional cancels, Zefy will auto-assign another partner or refund the amount.

3. No Show Policy

  • If the customer is unavailable for more than 10 minutes at the location, the booking will be marked as no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
